We offer free shipping within Germany.

Other European countries
The flat shipping fee for deliveries abroad is 15 euros.
The customer bears the costs for returns.

The prices quoted include VAT. Delivery is usually via UPS or DHL parcel service.

For deliveries outside the EU, the prices quoted are net prices.

For shipments to countries outside the EU, additional taxes or fees (e.g., customs duties) may apply to your order. These are not collected or invoiced by us, but must be paid directly by the customer to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Detailed information can be obtained from the respective authorities.
